Don't Want it to end

Ah, my nice little vacation is coming to an end.  Tomorrow is back to the hell pit.  AKA Work, The Office.  They say all good things must come to an end.  I suppose that is true for every vacation.

Our deck materials were delivered on Saturday.  They have consumed the garage.  I have to climb a small mountain to get to my car.  Yippie.  One month and it should all be done.  I'm planning for two months, just in case.  I know how things can go south.  Hopefully, we will be able to enjoy this new addition to our home.  Despite the fact that I am against it.

We made it to the concert to see Yanni.  Man, it was amazing as usual.  I didn't think I would like it, but he played old stuff and new stuff, that really made it worth while.  That Ender Thomas is really a cute and he can belt out those tones too!  Yanni himself is getting older and it's showing.  His hair looked dyed, outside of that he's in good shape or so it appears.  I just hope that he comes back to town again soon.  If we could have afforded it we would have bought tickets for his next stop and gone on to meet him, the show was that good!  There was this young guy in his 20's helping tear down the equipment, wearing a yellow shirt.  Man he was really hot looking!

My partner and I had a good romp this morning.  That helped both of us in many ways!  I did it for him because I knew he had "The Crave" and I'm not talking about for White Castle either.  Strange as it may sound, we talked about inviting a friend in for a 3 way.  Yeah, it would give me something to suck on and then everyone would be happy.  He went full force on trying to get this person to join us but I really wasn't up for it.  Thankfully, he only hinted and our friend didn't pick up on it or chose to ignore it.  I really don't relish inviting a friend into the bedroom.  It changes everything and your friendship isn't the same.  However, my partner is committed to getting me something to suck on.  That's sweet and I would enjoy it, but I think we should leave well enough alone.

Today we ventured out to a local favorite sandwich shop.  They had our order ready and this nice lady was bringing it to me, I just about met her half way and boom a fucking trash can got in her way.  She didn't see it and our lunch went flying across the floor, then again so did she.  I was more worried about her than the food.  She said she was okay.  She disappeared because she was embarrassed, I totally understood.  I started cleaning up the mess when this guy I have had a crush on for a while came up and said, I'll take care of that.  I still offered my help but he said he could get it.  Then wouldn't you know it a they had a klutz at the order window who spilled his soda.  It was like drop & spill syndrome.  We got our order but I had to remind them on what we had.  A nice chance to sneak something in, but I didn't.

Not sure how the weather is in your neck of the woods.  We finally got rid of the rain but in it's place we have hot sunshine.  Yeah, I'm never happy when it comes to the weather.  However, I am much cooler now than I was earlier today.  We were both so hot, we decided to skip supper.  I'm going up to have some ice cream, put away the laundry and make a sandwich for tomorrow.

I have been fighting something, my throat has been bothering me and so had my nose.  I had to play a little game with my pharmacy because they lost the doctors prescriptions.  I don't want to go into the details, I am just happy to say it's all over with.  I've got my medicine now and I'm feeling the heal now!  Ah, yes!

Today was also BIG mail day.  Yeah, I got 2 packages and about 4 letters.  Of course 2 of those letters had to be bills.  Another was a credit card company trying to alert me of potential fraud on my account.  Turns out the charges were legit, I made them myself.  One was declined and the other went through.  Kind of screwy.  Ah, well at least someone is watching out for me and I appreciate that!  Never mind the fact they have been bugging the piss out of me for like 2 weeks and I've called twice.  Tonight, they said it's all over with and nothing further would be required on my part.  Thank God!

Our meeting on Friday didn't exactly go the way I thought it would.  Our boss just asked that folks come talk to him if they are stressed.  Yeah, that's not going to happen.  So be it.  I got to thinking about the lunch I had with the boss.  He kept saying help me help you.  The more I think about that, it really pisses me off.  He already knew what was bothering me, it would have been more helpful for him to come up with solutions than trying to further burden me.  I hate the way that little mother fucker does his job, it T-totally sucks!  Bosses are like noses, everyone has one.  There isn't much I'm going to be able to do about that.  I'm just hoping here in a couple weeks that the fucker gives me the raise I deserve!  Not only do I want a new car, I want to make more money it will help accommodate for all of the extra stress and inconvenience I have to put up with.

Well, before my dream day ends, I'm going to get that ice cream.  I hope your all doing well and that this week goes well for you.  Before I go I have to give a shout out to an old pal named Joe.  Just wanted to say Happy Birthday!  Not sure if your still a reader but I wanted you to know I haven't forgotten you!

All right - that's it.  Y' all take care of yourselves!

Hey Jeremy, thanks for your comments on my blog. It's Tuesday I hope your day today is better than it has been with what I've been reading. Sounds like you need to meet with everyone and get some people lined up to work and help out. Otherwise you are taking a lot of the stress. I got an email from the person that is hiring asking me to wait a little longer so we'll see how that turns out.

Hope you're doing well today...welcome back to your Tuesday, at least you don't have another Monday again until next Monday!! :)
