I got this promo in my email.  I touched up the file a bit but figured that you would enjoy seeing it.  It's a HOT movie!

I had to put something in the subject line.  It just came to me.  Thinking about Vegas Vacation with Chevy Chase.  That song is playing as they roll down the strip.  Great song too!

Anyway on to something closer to home.  Me.  That is why you came here, right?  To learn how my week went.  I heard you but I'm surprised at your no.  Oh, now I understand you came here for the eye candy.  No problem, all things in time.  Just read my blabbering and then go look at the eye candy.

Another fast moving week.  I think my problems are solved at work with my co-worker or so I hope.  There is still plenty of work to do and I've got the bulk of it.  I need some help and have asked for it, but I don't think it's going to happen anytime soon.

The weekend has been pretty much a blur for me.  Nothing spectacular has happened.  Just your average run of the mill weekend.  Oh I did go to the urgent care center. 

I woke up on Monday and it felt like a pimple was in my ear.  It hurt like crazy.  By the time I hopped in the shower the pain was pretty much gone.  I took some Ibuprofen and went about my business.  No problem until Saturday.  Yeah, I woke up and both ears were bothering me.  I felt kind of run down, I figured it was allergies or I was in the process of getting sick.

So, I decided to have it checked out.  Turns out I have an abrasion in both ears.  My left ear had a boil in it but it was my right ear that was bothering me as if it was the one with the boil.  How crazy is that.  Anyway, the doctor lanced it he made it seem like an accident but I know he did it on purpose and I'm totally fine with it.  Now I've got ear drops to put in both ears, fun stuff!

I wondered what the difference between a boil and a pimple were.  What I found on Google was that a boil occurs deeper in the skin and involves bacteria.  If left untreated eventually you will need medical attention.  A pimple is just an infected clogged pore.  Ah, I see.

3 of our kids are going bald under their chins.  #1 son is also going bald on one of his ears.  They have some bug.  So I made an appointment for #1 son to see the doc.  I wanted to do that today but we can't get in until Thursday.  What is a couple more days of scratching.  Poor things.

Our stray guy got into a fight with something outside, he is missing all of the fur on one side of his face.  Plus it tore up some skin around his ears.  It itches as it heals, he scratches so hard it starts bleeding again.  I managed to get flea medicine on him, which is a first in 3 years.  Were making progress, all be it slow progress but progress.  Maybe or should I say hopefully I want to be able to pet him and then we will think about picking him up.

My face has been bothering me.  Itching from shaving and I see my shaving bumps were back.  Oh, is there no cure for this?  Sure plenty of systems on the market designed to give you confidence, take your money and then leave you with bumps and itching.  I saw an ad for something called The Rolling Razor.  It looks cool, not expensive.  Then I read some reviews on it and it's supposed to be horrible and the blades don't last.  However, I did hear wonderful things about the Schick Quattro.  So I picked one up.  I got a razor with a blade, plus 5 additional blades for $7.99.  That's not a bad deal.  So, I used it this morning.  There was very little bleeding.  No shaving bumps.  My face still itched but some after shave took care of most of that.  The blades are supposed to last a long time so unless something goes awry I will be sticking with this razor for a while!

We skipped my favorite trip to the grocery store.  Instead I made a list and The Partner will go tomorrow.  He doesn't know what he is getting himself into.  But, who am I do argue with that?  I will avoid the grocery store, just ask and offer me a solution to getting food.  :)

I saw a movie with Paul Walker (yummy) in it called Bobby Z.  There is a nice ass shot of Paul in the start of the movie.  Ah, too bad he's straight.  Heck even if he were gay he's not even close to my back yard. :(

That's about it.  The laundry is about done and I might just have a nice handle on things and be able to relax instead of running around like a chicken with my head cut off. 

Here's hoping next week goes by fast because we will have a 3 day weekend.  Ah, Memorial Day it's finally almost here.  Nothing like a 4 day work week.  Now that's something to look forward to!
